The use of herbs is a time-honored approach to strengthening the body's natural immune system.
Many scientific studies have looked at yarrow as an herbal medicine. Traditionally, it was used in 3 ways:
Useful remedy for cough, wounds or cut, inflamed skin or dermatitis, and insect bites and stings. It can also be used for eczema. Additionally to have a mild astringent effect said to help remedy hemorrhoids.
Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) is sometimes used on the skin to treat wounds and reduce inflammation from sprains and broken bones. Comfrey roots and leaves contain allantoin, a substance that helps new skin cells grow, along with other substances that reduce inflammation and keep skin healthy. Comfrey ointments have been used to heal bruises as well as pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures, sprains, strains, and osteoarthritis.
Calendula oil is a natural oil extracted from marigold flowers (Calendula officinalis). Calendula oil has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties that might make it useful in healing wounds, soothing eczema, and relieving diaper rash. It’s also used as an antiseptic.

It clears chest and sinus congestion including bronchitis by eliminating phlegm. It helps clear acne. Lavender lowers resting heart rate and helps with insomnia. It can also prevent muscle spasms. Lavender tea before gym helps give stamina.
The leaf and flower repels mosquitos.
Is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, and has been linked to improved skin moisturization, anti-aging effects, and relief from sun damage. It has healthy monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, which may benefit the skin when applied directly to it. Because olive oil helps to lock in moisture, it can be used on the skin for extra moisturization and treatment of dry skin.
Plantain is usually applied directly to the burn to soothe pain and help repair damaged tissue. Plantain has long been considered by herbalists to be a useful remedy for insect bites. Plantain is approved by the German Commission E as topical use for skin inflammations. Topically applied plantain can be used to speed wound healing. Plantain csn also be used to pull out toxins and slivers.

Vitamin E has been considered an anti-inflammatory agent in the skin, as several studies have supported its prevention of inflammatory damage after UV exposure. As mentioned above, topical vitamin E can reduce UV-induced skin swelling, skin thickness, erythema, and edema — all signs of skin inflammation.
